Automatic. Machine. Company Cut, Strip and Terminate machine and also revive the old Kirsten PP3 stripper crimper machine into the UK.

Rega Research Ltd take delivery of the first CPR-ZERO Cut, Strip, Solder and Terminate machine, 4 years ago they visited our stand at the show with the foresight of manufacturing all of their subcontract cables in house, ACS helped them grow from just 3 initial machines to 12 bench top machines in 4 years.

In 2017 they took the bold move to order a fully automated machine,  
The reasons to choose J.A.M. was their reputation for quality equipment and the small footprint of 2m². They ordered the machine with high specification options including, 2 x Servo Presses, CFM, Bad terminal detection with cut off, with machine sensors Terminal out, Wire out, Knot detection, Laser wire strip missing, Paper take up, Terminal carrier chopper, Twisting, Fluxing and Lead free solder station, which auto fills the flux and solder while in production and 4 x JAM Mini applicators.

ACS release the new updated PP3+ stripper crimper, this machine is the same product as the old PP3 machine from Kirsten (switzerland) and comes in Left & Right hand versions, The first two machines have now been sold into the UK, These new PP3+ machines can accept the old PP3 crimping tools as well as our new designed air feed crimping tools, and are ideal for the very small range of connectors Molex, JST, Hirose, JAM, Harwin, Wurth etc.

No less than five new machines will be on the Automated Cable Solutions stand at Southern Manufacturing 2017
The company now offers cut, strip and crimp machines from JAM. JAM specialises in crimping the smaller range of terminals. They have a small footprint, rather than the traditional, long cable stacker, for space saving. They also supply stripping blades for all normal cut and stripping and wire strip machines.
Products available include hand tools, mini applicators, crimping presses, wire pull testers, cable pre-feeders, machines for cutting cable and tubing, cutting and striping, cable coiling, coax stripping, wire stripping, magnet wire stripping and braid combing. The company is an agent for GEM Terminal IND, Mikropla and Hatko and offer a large range of bandolier terminals for side feed and rear feed terminals for mini applicators. They also offer a wide range of loose piece end sleeve ferrules.
As well as new equipment, there is a range of used equipment for sale, including Schleuniger, Komax, Kirsten, Mecal, and Gamma. An up-to-date selection can be found on the website. The company is always looking to buy used or part-exchange machines, and will try to find a machine if it is not a product it stocks. The stand will have demonstrations on the range of equipment from Carpenter, Gamma, Rittmeyer, and the new loose piece machines.
