CUT AND STRIP MACHINES
For single core, multicore and flat cables. 
​TSA12E is designed for the processing of insulated and uninsulated single core, multicore and flat cables. The machine counts the batch, measures the cutting length, strips and unjackets without needing to change blades. Through an easy-to-use control panel with a 12-inch color touchscreen display, the operator can constantly overview the work in progress, set and correct batch parameters, and receive batch Information. ​​

For cable feeding
​AL32/50 is composed of a motorized unit which pulls the cable, while the feed rate is controlled by Unit H; the higher Unit H is elevated, the faster the feed rate. 
In order to process flat cables wider than the parameters listed on the table (see Technical Characteristics), we can supply a specific Unit H compatible with wider cables. 
AL32/50 is designed to pull flexible round or flat cables and feed cut / strip machines or cutting machines.

For reeled flexible round and flat cables
​MAC600 is designed to dereel flexible round or flat cables and feed cutting machines or cut / strip machines. Continuous cable adjustment is achieved by the H-pulleys through which the cable passes. This system, called Group H,  prepares a cable reserve for cut / strip machines and cutting machines, and automatically adjusts the dereeler’s parameters. As more cable is needed, Group H moves closer to Group H1, increasing rotation speed until the processing line is balanced with maximum-sized reels. ​

MAC1000 is designed to dereel flexible round or flat cables and feed cutting machines or cut / strip machines. Continuous cable adjustment is achieved by the pulleys through which the cable passes. This system prepares a cable reserve for cut / strip machines and cutting machines, and automatically adjusts the machine’s parameters. The MAC1000 dereeler is independent and dereels the cable only when it is pulled by cut / strip machines or cutting machines.

RV500 is designed to coil cables and flexible tubes.  The machine is easy to move as it is mounted on a structure with swiveling, self-locking wheels. It may be connected to SAMEC cut / strip machines or cutting machines and, with the aid of an encoder and external sensor, it can also function with non-SAMEC machines. RV500 contains a rotating platform with pins which are raised during the coiling process and protected by a plexiglass case.

RV500F or RV500EL are designed for full automation to coil cables and flexible tubes.  The machine is easy to move as it is mounted on  swiveling, self-locking wheels. It may be connected to SAMEC or other market machines, it has  the option of  Hellermann Tyton plastic ties or 3 core elastic ties. RV500 contains a rotating platform with pins which are raised during the coiling process and protected by a plexiglass case.

CABLE STACKERS

For single core, multicore and flat cables
AC-E is designed for single core, multicore and flat cables 1 meter in length. The machine functions as a cable stacker connected to TSA cut /strip / unjacket machines. As it is not motorized, the cables are pushed through the stacker by TSA cut / strip / unjacket machines. Longer cables must be stiffer to facilitate passage through the machine. AC-E conforms to CE standards. Data setup is entirely managed by the connected TSA cut / strip / unjacket machines.

AC2-15 is designed for stacking cables processed in cut / strip machines and cutting machines. 
The cables are moved along a conveyor belt and an electronic device checks the presence of the cable, blocks the cable, stops the conveyor belt and releases the cable. 
The machine is produced in four different models which differ only
​ in work capacity, as listed in Chapter 3 of the Technical Characteristics of the Machine.
